  6. Catheter-associated urinary tract infection standardized infection ratio stratified for oncology locations
  7. Central line associated bloodstream infection standardized infection ratio stratified for oncology locations
Notes: The patient safety measure and age-friendly hospital measure will take effect in the 2025 reporting period; the 30-day risk-standardized death rate measure begins with the July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2025 reporting period; the rest will begin in 2026.
